In the event of termination for cause, j8.com may forfeit any balance remaining in your account.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, j8.com will endeavour to complete the investigation within a reasonable timeframe and communicate the outcome to you. During a suspension, you will not be able to access your account, place bets, or request withdrawals.

Termination by You

You may close your j8.com account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures. Any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification requirements.

Effect of Termination
